GDPR privacy policy

For what purpose do we process your data?

The processing of your personal data takes place solely for the purpose of answering the questions sent or in other matters in which you contact us using the contact form.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so is associated with the inability to receive an answer to your question.

On what basis do we process your data?

The legal basis for us to process your personal data is the Administrator’s legitimate interest, which is the proper service of our current and potential clients, including answering questions addressed to us (i.e. Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR).

The data will be transferred only to entities providing support services to us, including accounting, HR and IT services, where such entities process data on the basis of contracts concluded with us and only in accordance with the Administrator’s instructions. In addition to the entities mentioned above, your data may be made available only at the request of entities authorized to do so pursuant to legal provisions.

Data storage period

Your personal data will be used by us for the period necessary to answer and the nature of correspondence.

If the basis for the processing of personal data is your consent, then your personal data shall be processed by us until the consent is revoked, and after revoking the consent for a period of time corresponding to the period of limitation of claims, no longer than 10 years.

If the basis for data processing is the performance of a contract, then your personal data shall be processed by us as long as it is necessary to perform the contract, and after that time for a period corresponding to the period of limitation of claims, no longer than 10 years.

What are your rights regarding the processing of data by us?

You have the right to request from us access to your personal data to rectify, delete, limit processing or transfer data.

You have the right to object to the processing, unless the correspondence concerns the establishment, exercise or defense of claims.

The security of your data is our priority

The security of your data is a priority for us, however, if you consider that when processing data, we violate the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection or the supervisory body of another European Union Member State competent for your habitual residence or work or because of the alleged violation of the GDPR.
