QUALITY GUARANTEE
Our packaging is designed and manufactured in accordance with our sustainability policy, using recycled plastic. At Mpack we can produce your packaging with an EVOH barrier (COEX tube), which enhances the barrier against oxygen and aromas.

OZONE-ACTIVATED PREMIUM PRINTS
The surface of our tubes, before printing, is ozone-activated. Ozone has bactericidal, fungicidal, protozoacidal, and virustatic properties. As a polyethylene tube manufacturer, we guarantee aseptic conditions in the supply chain—our packaging does not transfer pathogens, contaminate the content of the tube, or the recipient’s manufacturing facility.
Ozonation increases the adhesion of the tube surface, enhancing the durability of inkjet printing, offset printing, screen printing, or flexographic printing. Ozone treatment prevents the “burning” of activated PE tubes by a gas flame and reduces staining and smearing of prints.
