Why are we processing your data?

We process your personal data solely to respond to your inquiries or other matters when you contact us using the contact form.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but failing to provide it will result in the inability to receive a response to your inquiry.

On what basis are we processing your data?

The legal basis for processing your personal data is our legitimate interest as the Administrator, which is to properly serve our current and potential clients, including responding to inquiries directed to us (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

Data will only be disclosed to entities providing support services, such as accounting, HR, and IT services, who process data based on contracts with us and solely in accordance with the Administrator’s instructions.

Apart from the mentioned entities, your data may only be disclosed at the request of entities authorized to do so under the provisions of the law.

Data Retention Period

Your personal data will be used by us for the period necessary to provide a response and the nature of the correspondence.

If the processing is based on your consent, your personal data will be processed by us until the consent is revoked, and after revocation, for a period corresponding to the statute of limitations for claims, but no longer than 10 years.

If the processing is based on the performance of a contract, your personal data will be processed by us for as long as necessary to perform the contract, and afterwards, for a period corresponding to the statute of limitations for claims, but no longer than 10 years.

What rights do you have in connection with the processing of your data?

You have the right to request access, correction, deletion, limitation of processing, or data portability.

You also have the right to object to processing data, unless the correspondence concerns establishing, investigation, or defense of claims.

Security of Your Data is Our Priority

While the security of your data is our priority, if you believe that we are violating GDPR regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office or the supervisory authority of another EU member state, depending on your place of habitual residence or work or the place of the alleged GDPR violation.
